Technical challenges

Precision assembly: A primary requirement was that each component must fit together seamlessly without any deformation. Flawless interlocking was critical to ensure the product’s optimal performance.

Durable rubberized finish: The exterior finish demanded a precise application of rubber paint for perfect adhesion and unparalleled longevity, ensuring our products could endure the harsh conditions of the agricultural field.

Distinctive branding: Our mission extended to incorporating a distinctive logo, a pivotal step in reinforcing the brand’s identity and market presence. The green logo, painted onto the black rubber finish, presented its own set of challenges. The smallest pattern of the logo had a width of just 0.29 m, requiring the highest level of precision during painting.

Metal insert overmolding: Another technical achievement was the seamless overmolding of metal inserts, ensuring the harmonious integration of metallic and plastic components.

Our solution

To address these multifaceted challenges, our team employed advanced techniques in manufacturing and assembly. Each product was crafted with meticulous precision, ensuring a flawless fit and an impeccable appearance.

The rubberized finish was applied with expert precision, offering not only aesthetic perfection but also unmatched durability, thus safeguarding against the rigorous demands of the agricultural industry.

In addition to the above challenges, we had to overcome several intricate assembly requirements:

  • The gap between the upper and lower covers was relatively small, demanding an extremely precise assembly process.
  • The contact area was relatively large, with a full circle of 1mm ribs on the edge of the product. Achieving a seamless fit here was a testament to our precision.
  • According to the 2D plans, we had to install and test different types of threads and inserts (M2, M3, G1/4, etc.), ensuring that they assembled flawlessly.
