Our project process

Throughout each stage of your project, we’re on hand to carefully monitor its progress and provide attentive support. Our culture of transparency, flexibility, and accountability leads to seamless collaboration as we work together to meet your needs in terms of time, technology, and budget.

Prototyping and manufacturing in 6 simple steps

Step 1: Discovery and quotation

Ready to bring your project to life? Share your 3D and 2D drawings, manufacturing preferences, materials, finishes, and desired quantity on our quotation page.

Our experts will conduct a thorough analysis to check for any major obstacles in manufacturing and will provide advice if needed.

Expect a fast turnaround, with a quote delivered within 24-48 hours.

Step 1: Discovery and quotation

Step 2: Order and pre-production optimization

Once you confirm your order, the scope of the project is determined and confirmed by email.

If needed and after conducting a comprehensive analysis of the project specifications, we provide proposals and recommendations (if needed) within 24-48 hours of the order confirmation.

Step 2: Order and pre-production optimization

Step 3: Production and project follow-up

After all checkpoints have been confirmed, production can start. A dedicated project manager will drive the progress of the project and ensure transparent communication throughout the process.

Step 3: Production and project follow-up

Step 4: Quality control and reporting

After production is completed, our quality team conducts a strict quality inspection. We check for conformity of the parts from various aspects, including visual appearance, dimensional accuracy, functional performance, and assembly functions. We also provide a report, along with photos and videos, for your review.

Step 4: Quality control and reporting

Step 5: Delivery

We offer various delivery options, including Express (3-5 days), Airline (10-12 days), and Maritime (several weeks).

Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking link so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.

Step 5: Delivery

Step 6: Quality returns

If you detect any non-conformity issues after receiving the parts, we will discuss the matter with you to gain a clear understanding of the problem.

We take all quality claims seriously and will promptly investigate the issue. After identifying the cause of the problem, we will work with you to determine the best course of action. If necessary, we will prepare replacement parts and implement internal preventative measures for the future.

Step 6: Quality returns

FAQs

Yes, it’s one of our key services. Before production, we conduct Design for Manufacturability (DFM) analysis and offer optimization suggestions. We can go even further in the case of mass production and prepare a DFM optimized for the final production technology. However, it’s important to note that our limitation lies in product design. If the drawings are too rough and lack sufficient detail, we recommend starting by collaborating with a professional designer. We can recommend a proper designer if required.

We ensure quality through quality documentation preparation, rigorous incoming materials inspection, continuous production control, and a final comprehensive inspection. These steps ensure that our manufacturing process consistently meets the highest quality standards.

The formats we can use are IGS, STP, and X_T.

Certainly! You can modify your design, but it’s important to note that once production has commenced, design modifications may incur additional costs. We will assess each design modification individually, considering its impact on production and any associated costs.

Rest assured, we’ll work closely with you to evaluate the changes and provide transparent information regarding any adjustments needed.
